45-minute sessions are $150 and 90-minute sessions are $300.

Currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions across the state of Colorado.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Sessions typically range from 45 to 90-minutes depending on your therapeutic needs.
INSURANCE ?
We are out-of-network and not currently accepting any insurance. Many insurance companies don’t cover true therapy, focusing primarily on narrowly defined mental illnesses like depression or anxiety. While some clients may qualify for out-of-network coverage through their PPO insurance plans, insurance restrictions often limit the duration and nature of treatment. Unlike insurance-based models, we believe in collaborating with clients to determine the length and focus of therapy, offering 45 or 90-minute sessions tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we prioritize client privacy and by being out-of-network we can avoid submitting confidential therapy records to insurance companies, ensuring that your sensitive information remains confidential. (Ask about limitations to confidentiality).
